The Fundació CIM is a center affiliated to the UPC dedicated to transfering expertise in engineering and technology management.

It is the Fundació CIM's mission to facilitate technology tools to businesses and professionals in order to create and improve their products and manufacturing processes and maximize their technological competitiveness.

The Fundació CIM achieves this by generating product and process technology through the implementation of R&D, using state-of-the-art prototyping and manufacturing equipment. We also collaborate with other universities and research centers through the network it manages: XaRTAP, as well as with companies from various sectors developing proposals for promoting technological innovation and research infrastructure to carry out new projects in various technology fields.
