Multi-axis high speed machining

The multi-axis machining is a manufacturing process for metal removal machining centers that incorporate one or two axes of rotation to the three principal axes of translation. This technology allows optimization of the process for machining with cutting speeds between 5 and 10 times higher than those used conventionally and with fewer stakes.

  • Lower cutting forces in ductile materials, options for machining thin-walled (0.2 mm)
  • Improved accuracy of the contours, better surface quality and precise dimensional tolerances
