The development of rapid tooling or quick mould, obtained through simplification and optimization of the traditional procedure of moulds manufacture of Moldes.
Applications
- Fabrication of middle series, of up to 2500 units injectes in definitive material in 4-6 weeks
- pieces over moldeables.

- Allows the validation and homologation of the pieces.

Materials & equipment
La Fundación CIM disposes of Mecanization Centers DMG-EVO 50, electroerosion machine ONA UE-250 and penetration ONA-FLJKS, as well as a Battenfeld injector.
Delivery
4-6 weeks for 50 samples and 2 weeks for final production.
