Research Management
An R&D&I project is an activity that involves a team in developing a job. Project management requires the following elements: staff, contacts (vendors, partners), activities (phases and tasks), associated documentation generated and material resources.
A key aspect of a successful project is a proper management, which can be defined as the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet the requirements.
Moreover, there is now a wide variety of financial instruments to support industrial activities, at international, national and autonomous level.
These instruments are reflected in a wide variety of complementary ways: grants, zero interest loans, subsidized credits, venture capital, mutual guarantees, equity loans, etc.
The Fundació CIM offers anyone who requires its experience in management, both of R&D&I, as applying for public assistance to fund these projects.
