Silicone Mould
The vacuum casting process using silicone molds is based on the obtention of up to 80 pieces, with mechanical properties equivalent to the final material, from a piece of stereolithography.
Applications
- Short Series, Ideal for run lengths of 25 to 200 pieces, depending on the size and geometry
- Parts should behave with similar characteristics to the final, both dimensional and mechanical

Materiales i equipamiento
The Fundació disposes of a DMG Machining Centers-EVO 50, wire EDM machines ONA EU-250 and ONA-FLJKS and a Battenfeld Injection mould and offer a Fast Mould service.
Delivery
10-14 days for samples and daily capacity of 2 pieces silicone mould for production.
