SLA - Stereolithography

Stereolithography is a rapid prototyping process that uses stratification to build a design model. This technology uses various epoxy resins that solidify photosensitive layer to layer to expose them to a UV laser frequency. The main feature of this technology is the high precision with a high detail reproduction.

Aplications

  • HiFi dimensional functional prototypes for presentations, tests and validations ergonomic design
  • Prototypes of small parts with a high level of detail
  • Prototypes easy to paint, polish and treat them in general
  • Master Pieces silicone molds
  • Prototypes for assessing interference translucent interior

Advantages

  • High precision.
  • High industry presence. First Technology PR
  • Able to reproduce detail and high thin-walled
  • Good surface finish
